To achieve academic goals a school should heavily invest in academic materials. The school library is well stocked with literary materials. The ratio of books to learners is 2:1 with the language and mathematics subjects’ tallying at 1:1. Majority of the students have almost all the subject text books. The course books and revision books have been devolved into the classrooms. This makes accessibility to them easier for the learners. These books vary from publishers whereby teachers are highly involved in their requisition to enhance their relevance.
Both English and Kiswahili literary materials and books are also available in the library. These include; pace setters, set books, African writers’ novels and plays etc. With a high utility of these materials learners would develop their linguistic skills.
